Upon request we will be happy to provide you with a properly coded medical bill, a copy of your detailed clinical record, and a letter of medical necessity for any conditions that we find.

These documents should help if you wish to pursue reimbursement from your insurance company.

Many patients do have success in obtaining at least partial reimbursement.
